Group workouts are offered twice a week. They consists of a combnation of training exercises to strengthen specific muscles, surf technique, tactics and psychology. It includes two sessions with video analysis per month.

We make an assessment of your level and your goals and from there create a suitable plan for your needs. We use Bosu ball workout equipment , pilates balls, balance boards, rubber bands, weights, skateboards Carver, slackline, trampolines, etc. We use video analysis tool that consists of filming the session; study and correct technique and style. We do exercise routines to strengthen specific areas of your body and work on repeating the technique of maneuvers out of the water to create muscle memory and to apply it in the water.
